The challenge

Buyers such as contractors, EPC firms and distributors need technical data like density, thermal conductivity and fire ratings before they request a quote. The website offered only product descriptions.

Sales engineers spent hours answering basic specification questions by phone and email, and many enquiries never reached the CRM at all.

Our approach

We started from the buyer's job: find the right specification, check compliance and request a quote with confidence. Then we designed the catalog, data model and sales workflow around it.

  • A product information model for glass wool, rock wool, ceramic fiber and accessories with filterable specifications
  • Datasheets and compliance documents generated from a single source of truth
  • An RFQ basket and quote workflow routed to the right sales engineer by region and product
  • CRM integration with automatic lead scoring and follow-up reminders
  • SEO-structured product and application pages for the terms specifiers actually search

The results

Specifiers now self-serve technical data, and every RFQ lands in the CRM with full context. Sales engineers spend their time on qualified opportunities instead of answering the same questions, and the catalog has become the company's main source of export leads.
