Digitizing patient operations across a multi-specialty hospital group
Moving three facilities from paper registers and disconnected tools to a single hospital management platform, without disrupting patient care.
Financial Services & Fintech · Case study
A payments provider serving neighborhood retailers needed its transaction platform to handle rapid growth without outages or slow agent onboarding.
The client lets retail shops in semi-urban and rural areas act as banking agents, offering cash withdrawals, deposits and bill payments. Growth was strong, but the platform behind it was a single monolithic application that struggled at month-end peaks.
Onboarding a new agent involved paper forms, manual KYC checks and several days of back-and-forth. Every outage meant agents turning customers away, and every delayed onboarding meant lost revenue.
We began with a two-week architecture and code review and agreed on a modernization path that avoided a risky big-bang rewrite. The transaction path was separated from reporting and back-office functions, given its own scalable services and protected with queues and idempotent processing.
Month-end peaks now run without manual intervention, new agents start transacting within a day, and the operations team watches success rates in real time instead of hearing about failures from the field. The client's in-house team now ships to production weekly using the pipelines and runbooks we handed over.
