Cylus Creators is an IT consulting and technology services company. We are also an AI agency that builds custom AI agents, chatbots and automations. We help organizations plan, build, modernize and run their technology across seven service lines: IT strategy and consulting, AI agents and automation, custom software development, cloud and DevOps, data and analytics, digital commerce and platforms, and managed services and security.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We are a remote-first team based in India and work with clients across North America, the UK and Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. We plan our working hours for real overlap with yours and hold regular scheduled calls in your time zone.
How does an engagement start?
With a free 30-minute consultation. If there is a fit, we either propose a short fixed-price Advisory Sprint to shape the work, or send a detailed proposal with scope, team, timeline and estimate, usually within five business days.
How do you price projects?
Well-defined projects can be fixed-price. Evolving products usually suit a monthly dedicated team or capped time-and-materials. Managed services are a monthly retainer with agreed SLAs. Every estimate shows its assumptions.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do. On payment, all source code, designs, documentation and IP created for you are yours, and your cloud and tool accounts stay in your name from the start. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share any details.
Can you work with our in-house team or take over from another vendor?
Yes. We regularly work alongside in-house teams and other vendors, and we take over existing systems through a structured audit, stabilization and transition plan.
