Engage us for the full scope or a single piece. Every engagement is led by a senior specialist and shaped around your goals.

01

Technology strategy & roadmaps

A prioritized 12–24 month roadmap tied to business goals, with sequencing, dependencies and realistic budgets.

02

Architecture & code reviews

An objective assessment of scalability, security, maintainability and cost, with a ranked list of fixes.

03

Process and system mapping to find where automation, integration or new platforms will have measurable impact.

Requirements, shortlists, proofs of concept and commercial comparison, so you choose on evidence rather than sales decks.

Fractional CTO & advisory

Ongoing senior technical leadership for founders and leadership teams: hiring, governance and delivery oversight.

06

Technical due diligence

A fast, structured assessment of a product's technology, team and risks for investors, acquirers or new leadership.

Outcomes

What changes for your business.

We measure success by business results, not deliverables. These are the outcomes we design every IT strategy & consulting engagement around.

Decisions you can defend

Every recommendation is traced to evidence, cost and risk, which makes it useful for boards, investors and budget holders.

Lower delivery risk

Problems surface before they become expensive: architecture limits, security gaps, vendor lock-in.

Budgets that hold

Effort and cost estimates are built bottom-up by people who actually deliver this work.

Momentum, not shelfware

Roadmaps are broken into fundable first steps, and we can execute them with you if you choose.

FAQ

IT Strategy & Consulting: common questions.

Still have a question? Ask a consultant.

What is included in an IT consulting engagement?

Most engagements start with a fixed-scope Advisory Sprint of two to four weeks. It includes interviews, a review of your systems and code, and a written report with a target architecture, a prioritized roadmap and a budget estimate. Ongoing advisory and fractional CTO support are available on a monthly retainer.

Are your recommendations vendor-neutral?

Yes. We do not resell licenses or take referral fees from platform vendors, so our recommendations are based only on fit, cost and risk for your business.

Can you implement the roadmap as well?

Yes. Our engineering, cloud and data teams can deliver all or part of it, or we can support your in-house team and other vendors. There is no obligation either way.

Tell us about the challenge on your desk. Within one business day a senior consultant will reply with initial thoughts, and with questions if we need them, before any sales conversation.

  2. A 30-minute discovery callWe listen, ask hard questions and share early ideas.
